If mailing in your payment, upon completing your order using our shipping

             Shipping Information                      Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of your order date. Your credit card
will not be charged until just prior to shipping out your package. If you pay by check, your order is held until your check has cleared (approx. 14 business days).

Shipping Rates: (Continental U.S.) Orders are shipped via USPS First Class with
Delivery confirmation or by UPS. We ship most jewelry items at no extra charge.
Pottery & larger items will have the necessary freight and insurance charges added
to cost of item(s).

                                            
                     Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, we will happily exchange the item as we have a return policy of store credit or exchange only.
Please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise you would like to return.  Original shipping charges and return freight are the responsibility of the Purchaser and are not refundable.  Returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition.   Shipping fees are not considered part of  credit or exchange.

                              Limited Warranty Policy
We stand 100% behind all our products within a reasonable time and condition of returned item.  Jewelry will either be repaired at our expense  within a period of 6 months or at minimal expense to customer depending on condition of item.  After the
6 months, all repairs will be charged to the customers at lowest repair price available. (Return shipping & Insurance will be the customer's responsibility.)
